We are hosting our first ever Howl-O-Ween 5K race and Muttster Dash October
31, and we need your help. We are looking for donations to help fund the
event.
We hope this race will help us earn enough money to keep our dogs happy and
healthy and to fund our new Stop Pet Overpopulation Together program - a
free spay and neuter program for the dogs of qualified low-income residents.
Some of the things we need for the event are:
2 golf carts or ATVs (to be used only during the event)
volunteers
bottled water
dog treats
door prizes - gift cards, etc.
traffic cones
tables
chairs
5 gallon buckets
collars/leashes
paper cups
large manila envelopes
pens
safety pins
trash cans
large trash bags, including leaf/outdoor bags
packaged granola bars
We are also grateful for any monetary donation you may be able to give.
Sponsors donating $100 or more will be featured on the t-shirt each runner
will receive on race day. This could be a great opportunity to advertise
your business or simply show your support for Mutt Matchers & Friends.
Even if you don't plan on entering yourself or your dog, please come out and
see us on race day! The route will begin and end at our adoption center at
1001 Buchanan Street October 31. The Muttster Dash starts at 7:30 am and the 5K starts at 8:00 am.
